- Name: Lusin
- Nickname: Lunar (only by family, close relatives, and close friends)
- Age: 18
- Birthday: March 18
- Gender: Female
- Nature: Quirky
- Pokemon/Human: Zoroark (Shiny)
- Hometown: Littleroot Town
- History/Story: Lusin was born in the small, quiet little town of Littleroot, to a female Zoroark and a male Absol. While she loved her home and its peaceful ways, as she grew up she felt as if she were getting much too big for the small town. She had always longed to go and journey to distant places, and growing up she also found herself beginning to think of what she wanted to do in life. She loved to paint and draw for others, so while she was very young she decided she would become a famous artist one day, and clung onto the dream years afterwards.

Growing up, Lusin was often teased and bullied by others for being Shiny. By nature, she was quiet and shy, and people would have to talk to her first in order to get her to speak, and even then she never spoke much. The comments and teasing hurt her deeply, as others thought she was a weirdo and freak, a lame little nerd who kept her nose buried in sketchbooks, and often playing up the “Sin” part of her name. But as the years passed, she began to get fed up with being treated like dirt by the other kids in the town. She grew extremely aggressive towards all others, hoping that if she kept everyone away, she wouldn’t get hurt again. The exact opposite happened. The other kids seemed amused by her threats and stances, and would often tease her to get a reaction out of her. Infuriated by their mocking, Lusin became violent as well, often openly attacking the other children. But because she wasn’t violent by nature, she’d often just chase them away or give them a good kick or punch to drive them off. The others began to call her crazy then, and Lusin began to truly believe that maybe she was crazy, or that if she wasn’t, she’d eventually be driven to it by the other children.

But one day something changed. A family moved in to Littleroot, a female Blaziken and a male Charizard, and they had a young Torchic son about Lusin’s age. His name was Bandach, and he was quick to become a favorite among the other children. Bandach was a docile, gentle young Pokemon, but all the same he liked to have fun. During the first few days after his arrival, Bandach would often observe the solitary Lusin curiously. Lusin spent her days as far from the other children as possible, drawing or reading, and if they tried to near her she’d growl or snarl at them to ward them off. They would often comment to Bandach that she was going primal and that he should stay away. Bandach neither confirmed he would stay away nor denied it. But one day he spotted some of the local bullies bothering Lusin, having taken her sketchbook. In a fit of rage, Lusin lashed out at them with a Night Daze attack. The bullies fled in shock, leaving the sketchbook behind. Lusin picked it up, and then whirled around to face the crowd that had gathered and screeched at them to leave her alone. Most of the kids ran off immediately, but Bandach stayed behind.

He walked up to Lusin, unperturbed by her snarls and yells, and simply greeted her. Lusin was shocked, to the say the least, and her guard wavered for a moment. But she immediately became wary again, threatening to attack him the way she had attacked the others. But Bandach simply asked for her name. Lusin was caught off guard once again, and snapped her name angrily at him, then growled at him to leave. But Bandach wouldn’t. He hated to see any Pokemon being treated this way, and he felt strangely sad for this Zorua, not pity, just sad that she was being treated this way. He settled down close by her and started up a small conversation. Lusin glared at him and refused to answer for a long while. So Bandach continued to talk, calmly and friendly, tossing her glances every once in a while to see whether or not she wanted to take over the conversation or comment. Lusin stubbornly kept up her silence, trying to look indifferent. But in reality, she found she was strangely delighted at the fact that this Pokemon did not fear her, and that he was so friendly. In reality, Lusin was lonely. She had always wanted to have a friend, someone to be with, to play and hang out with. To talk with. But because everyone besides her own family avoided her, she had often had to make do playing with stuffed toys, reading, and drawing. After a good while of talking, Bandach grew silent, simply content to sit there in the warm grass and enjoy the day in the company of someone else, even if that someone seemed to hate him.

In the coming days and weeks, Bandach would always come to the tree where Lusin sat under, secluded, sit down and talk with her. She scarcely replied to him, and when she did, her voice was often hard or filled with scorn. She was waiting for him to finally lose interest in her, to walk away and never come back. It wouldn’t be the first time a supposed friend of hers betrayed or turned on her. But Bandach didn’t. He loyally appeared every day to see her, and the days he didn’t talk, they would just sit there and enjoy the day. Slowly, Lusin began to open up to him. She hated herself at first for it, because she knew just how easily she could lose her heart to those she opened up to, and then have it broken by them. But she found it rather easy to open up to Bandach, especially due to the fact that he wasn’t put off by her Shiny colors but thought that she was rather pretty for it, and eventually they became best friends. She liked how kind he was, so different from all the males she had ever known, and began to fall for him. She liked drawing for him and playing with him, and quickly grew to put all her trust in him. She slowly grew out of her aggressive and violent ways, but they had already become a strong habit in her nature, and therefore these parts have lingered in her, but not as bad as they were when she was young.

In the coming years they became very close, to the point where others began thinking they were dating. However, they never did become anything more than friends. When Lusin turned 14 and Bandach turned 15, he revealed that he wanted to travel somewhere, anywhere, everywhere. The now Combusken had never really known what he wanted to do with his life, and he wanted to go about the world and see just what he could do with it, so he was going to go travel in a couple of weeks. Lusin, still a Zorua at the time, wanted to go with him, but Bandach told her she should wait, that she didn’t have to travel just because he was going to. Besides, they both knew Lusin's parents would never let her go so young. Lusin was heartbroken at the thought of her losing her dearest friend, and in the coming days of his departure as she watched him train, she grew very sullen and not even Bandach could console her.

A couple of days before he would leave, Bandach evolved into a Blaziken, and the sight only tore Lusin up even more on the inside. The night before his departure, Bandach found Lusin sitting on her roof, staring up at the moon. He tried to console her again, but Lusin seemed too depressed to listen. Bandach then gave her a small pack, a good-bye gift for her. Lusin practically flew into hysterics at this, but Bandach managed to calm her down and get her open the pack. Inside it was a white feather tipped in black and a small water-blue jewel on a silver chain. Lusin was stunned by the gift, and looked at Bandach uncomprehendingly. Bandach took out a small red jewel on a gold clip and put it on one of his horns, telling her that with these, they’d be able to find each other in a crowd easily, since he knew too that Lusin wanted to travel as well, and he was sure the stubborn Zorua would end up traveling one way or another. Lusin threaded the feather into her fur, but decided against putting on the jewel at that moment, content at that moment with the feather, which was one of Bandach’s own feathers, just painted differently by Bandach himself, since his favorite colors were black and white. He promised her that he would meet her again.

That night under the moon, Bandach told Lusin something, however no one knows just what. All they know is that after that, Lusin developed a love for the moon, and would often gaze at it deep into the hours of the night with a soft, content smile on her face. The next day, Bandach left, and Lusin started training herself up in order to travel. She hasn't seen Bandach since the day he left. She evolved a year later and headed out. While she was overjoyed and fascinated by all the new places and people she was seeing, she soon began to long for the peaceful town life she had known as a child. Then, two years after she had first left Littleroot Town and now 17, she stumbled upon Pokette Town, and quite pleased with the feel of the place, decided to stay and try to settle down, and hopefully make a name and future for herself.

Most people are surprised when they find out she's an artist, because she doesn't look like one on the outside. This often annoys her because, as she says, "You should never judge a book by its cover, aaooow!" She hates it when people judge her before getting to really know her (Especially given the bad reputation given to the Zoroark species) and does her best herself not to judge based on appearances, because she believes that everything has inner beauty, no matter what they look like on the outside. ("It's all got to do with what's on the inside, aaooow!") The main reason, though, is the fact that she went through the same treatment once.

She can act a little cold when she doesn't know someone very well, but warms up them rather easily once she does. She is extremely loyal to those she befriends, and likes to think of them as family, or a part of her “pack”. If you lose her trust, though, it’s extremely hard to regain it. She is also a little short-tempered, especially when it comes to her art, and dislikes it when other Pokemon try to talk to her while she’s painting, especially if she’s very close to finishing the painting. If she becomes mad enough, she will go as far as to throw the person out of her house if she thinks they’re “disrupting her concentration”, even if said person is the one who asked for the painting in the first place! xD (Although she’ll try to be more patient with them) She also rarely ever wears a smock or such when she's painting, so she usually ends up covered in smudges of paint on her fur and clothes when she's done. She can often be seen around town, with her sketchbook and a pencil in tow, always ready for burst of inspiration.

AFTER HER MEETING WITH BANDACH:
Lusin is now more peaceful at heart and in mind, and is good friends with Bandach once more. She no longer likes him that way, and is simply to content to be his friend. They keep in touch and frequently visit one another.

- Hobbies: She loves to draw and paint, and in order to get inspired, she can often be seen stargazing (She especially loves to look at the moon), or observing the wildlife and scenery. (And while she doesn’t get art block very often, whenever she does, she’ll usually do very strange (And more often than not, dangerous) things in order to get rid of it; Ex: Hanging upside down in a tree, climbing to the top of something really tall, etc.) Except when she’s painting, she’s rarely indoors or doing nothing, and likes to do gardening and have races with friends.
- Job: She loves drawing and painting for others (Especially when she’s got art block) and is trying to make a name for herself in the art world, so she has set up a small business drawing portraits and such for others.
- Favorite food: Alfredo pasta
- Favorite berry: Chople Berry
- Catchphrase: “Aaooow”
- Accessories: A black and white feather behind her right ear, and a black and blue checkered bandanna around her neck, as well as a metal Dragonair ear accessory. She also always carries around her sketchbook, a pencil, colored pencils, and pens with her at all times, usually storing them in her hair when not using them.
-EXTRAS:
- Because she has difficulty trying to get shirts on due to her fur and hair, Lusin will usually just wear pants and her bandanna. Because of this, she is sometimes mistaken as a boy, which very much annoys her and will often cause her to fly into a rage.
- Lusin has one other reason for wearing bandannas, or any other article of clothing that covers up her chest. She has a scar from the base of her neck across her chest fur, which has left the fur mangled slightly in that area. If she ever does have to take off her bandanna she'll use her Illusion ability to cover up the scar. She got the scar when she was young, still a Zorua. Back then, Lusin rarely ever used her Illusion abilities, therefore wasn't very good at using them. One day she decided to try to use an illusion to create friends for herself. At the start, everything seemed fine and she had fun with the illusions. But a couple of hours later the illusions began acting strangely, until they lost their forms completely and became strange shadow-like beings with red eyes. The illusion became a horrible, nightmarish thing, and Lusin tried to cancel it out, but it wouldn't work. She remembered her mother telling her once that should she ever get hit by an attack while using an Illusion, it would cancel out. Lusin attacked herself in desperation using Scratch. It worked and the Illusion faded away, but Lusin was left with an injury that would never properly heal. With practice and evolution, Lusin was able to perform Illusions normally, and it never happened again. However, the incident has made Lusin a little more cautious in using her ability, as well as making her more understanding as to why someone would fear her species for their ability.
- Ever since the night Bandach gave her the feather and jewel, she has never removed the feather from her hair. However, she can almost never bring herself to wear the blue jewel, and sometimes the very sight of it nearly brings her to tears. For some reason, she doesn’t have this reaction with the feather. Even after reconciling with Bandach recently, she still can't wear the jewel for some reason. She only wears it for special occasions.
- She can sometimes be seen sitting on her rooftop on nights of a full or new moon, simply staring at the moon. No one knows why she loves the moon so much, and when you ask her she'll usually just go off in a daze.
- She especially gets along with those who have a passion for art, stargazing, or nature, and is extremely loyal to those she befriends, because to her loyalty and love are everything.
- If Lusin has a weak spot, besides her past, its her emotions. When she starts feeling a lot of any emotion, she may act a bit out of character and do things she may not normally do. This can happen will all emotions; happiness, sorrow, anger, shyness, fear, etc. She'll also take things to heart more personally, and its because of this that she has a bad habit of jumping to conclusions quickly, and makes her naturally suspicious of Pokemon who could possibly hurt her or others. It also means she has a harder time picking herself up when she's been hit hard emotionally. And yes, she can hold a grudge.
- Lusin has a soft spot for nature and wild Pokemon, and was well-known around her family for often bringing injured Pokemon to her home. Although she doesn't show it much now, she finds the companionship of wild and pet Pokemon very welcome, as they don't usually discriminate like most people tend to do.
-Lusin can't play any instrument to save her life. Her claws make it very difficult, plus she just doesn't have the talent or patience to learn. xD She does have a very good singing voice, however, but she's really really shy when it comes to singing. If someone ever does encourage her to sing, Lusin's voice may be shaky in the beginning, and she herself may be shaking, especially her legs. She has serious stage fright. But if she's very close to you, she may overcome her shyness and sing normally. She doesn't sing often though. Deep down, she wishes to be able to sing openly and without fear to others.
- As a Zoroark, she still likes playing a prank or two on others with her Illusion ability, but knows when not to go too far with her pranks. She doesn't play pranks on sensitive or shy Pokemon though.
- She'll also sometimes use her Illusion ability to help her envision the details on a painting, although most of the time she'll stray from the original idea while still being pleased with it.
- She NEVER uses her Illusion ability to trick people into buying her art. (Meaning she won’t use her Illusion to make a painting look amazing, have the person buy it, only to find out it was just an illusion.)
- Her move set:
* Night Daze
* Focus Blast
* Flamethrower
* Grass Knot

EDIT: Changed her age, her nature, and added a bit more to her history/story~ ^^
EDIT2: I just realized she has the exact same name as one of the NPC's. ._.;; Smart thinking on my part. So, I changed it to Lusin.
EDIT3: Augh, finally I updated this thing. -_-;; I felt Lusin was too flat of a character and decided to add some more history and character to her. Hopefully I succeeded. This will be the last major edit (Oh Arceus I hope...) and any other edits after this will be minor and will not be noted.

Pokemon doesnt belong to be and neither does Zoroark, but Lusin is mine! NO STEALING!!
